Random Strife

This is really just one of those random effects I made up when I was photoshop-freestyling... It's really pretty useless, but I found out it's great for signature-backgrounds or headers!

Leander, when it said flip horizontal, you probably went to Image > Rotation > flip horizontal, the problem is that this changes all layers. Instead, go to the top layer, choose the selection tool, press ctrl+c, and then right click and choose free transform, then right click and choose flip horizontal, then press enter and continue.
