Simply add realistic tears to a photo in less then 1 minute. Don't cry over this effect because it's easy as PIE. I don't know why you would deliberatly make someone cry, but it's a nice effect right?

Step 1 Open up a random photo of someone. I chose Jennifer Love Hewitt.

Step 2 Now use the brush-tool to brush a black tear-shape on a new layer;

Step 3 Finetune it and make it look very realistic;

Step 4 Set the fill-amount to 0%

Step 5 Add these blending-options;

Step 6 And you're done...
