For MTV USA, we worked on a new and updated version of the old Anubis-game. But rather than updating the old game, the programmers revamped and created a brand new 3d-engine for this installment. A major Kudos to them for creating this depth in a Flash-game. The game is based on and around the international show of House of Anubis, rather than the Dutch one. With this engine, the leveldesign required us to texture certain objects like a 3d-artist while others needed to be drawn in 2d but needed to resemble a certain 3d-ness. A very cool challenge and awesome to work on. Also, I'm proud to say that this game won an FWA :) |
