These were the unfinished character-designs for an animation I was planning to make. It was a very short animation in which the main character, Clark, expressed his feeling towards his group of friends/neighbours. For the sake of character-development, I wanted to give all characters a certain identity, even though they would have little screen-time and hardly speak at all. It would have to be in those little moments that the viewer would have the perfect idea of what those characters would be like. Hence me coming up with names for them and giving them a certain flair. As far as backstory goes; Clark and Marie are roommates, even though they used to date. Maurice used to be Clark's roommate, but they're still best friends. Maurice moved out and got married to Steve. William and Linda are Clark and Marie's neighbours. Linda is good friends with Marie and Clark is kinda hoping William could be his replacement of Maurice, but William thinks Clark wants another gay best friend. Yeah... All the Animation-parts are pretty much done and I even started a few animations, but due to various reasons, the project never got any further than that. |
